Pay attention to what you sign…you could be agreeing to after market parts and don’t even realize it like I did. Be sure your MB parts are replaced with (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer parts which is the same design and specs that the manufacturer uses and not after market parts that might not be the best quality and more of a benefit to the dealership. For example: My car needed service and I was told no loaner vehicle available (I have never been given a loaner at this dealership) in the past 5 years so no surprise there. I refuse to get my vehicle serviced here. Research this company and dealership before spending your hard earned dollars! This dealership is a joke! Bad customer service and business practices.
